TRACKING FAQS

Anywhere Shipping

Review some common tracking FAQs, we have identified.

What is TDS Tracking ID ?

TDS Tracking ID are numbers or code assigned to your delivery packages when they are shipped with us. It is a unique ID number or code assigned to your package or parcel. The tracking ID is typically printed on the shipping label as a bar code that can be scanned by anyone with a bar code reader or smartphone. And this tracking code can also be use to monitor your parcel transit status using our official website or our mobile app.

When I attempted to track my TDS shipment, I received an invalid error message. Why?

There could be various reasons. The TDS Tracking ID for any parcel shipments is a 10 digit numeric number (e.g. 1234567890, 2345678901), so please recheck the number and try again.

When I track my international TDS Express shipments, why do I sometimes get information for a shipment that is not going to the intended destination?

TDS sometimes periodically recycles shipment tracking numbers for operational reasons. Occasionally this results in information being in our systems at the same time for two shipments traveling under the same tracking number. TDS is working hard to eliminate these occurrences however, in the meantime, please be assured that while this information may be confusing, your physical shipment will be heading to its correct destination and be receiving the same careful attention as every other shipment in our network.

I have tracked a shipment and been told to contact TDS or the Delivery Agent. Why is this?

This usually occurs if the information we have is insufficient to track the shipment for you. For example, the address may be incorrect and we require clarification or some additional information may be required. The matter can be resolved very quickly by clicking here or contact the agent directly delivering your parcel.

My shipment is showing “Parcel Summary” at the bottom of the current tracking status. What does this mean?

If you scroll down more, there is an additional level of detail on the status of your shipment that will be visible. This further detail can be as simple as confirming the clearance processing is completed, but can also be a more detailed explanation on why the shipment is held in customs and/or additional information required for clearance processing.

My shipment is showing “Custom Requirement needed for process” from the destination, even though the shipment just left the country. What does this mean?

This status provides an indication of the clearance processing of any required action from the destination. Please scroll down to see additional information available. This checkpoint allows you to see very early if there is additional information required by customs for clearance or any other information required.
